Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to the details you send to Gracious Pearl Driving Academy through this website.
What we collect
When you use the Register form, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, course, and anything else you choose to fill in, such as your email, date of birth, gender, town or area, class days, when you want to start and a note. When you use the contact form, your name, phone number, chosen course and message are saved so we can follow up, and your message opens in WhatsApp.
Why we collect it
- To call or message you about your registration or enquiry.
- To tell you what to bring and when classes start.
- To help the academy keep track of who has been contacted.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your registration.
Who can see it
Your details are saved in the academy's website database, which is hosted by Google (Firebase). Only the academy's authorised staff who sign in to the website dashboard can read them. Please do not send passwords, Ghana Card numbers or payment details through the forms. We will tell you how to give us what we need when you register in person.
WhatsApp, calls and other services
Some buttons open WhatsApp or your phone. If you use them, WhatsApp or your phone company handles that message or call under their own rules. A message in WhatsApp is only sent when you press send there.
Visitor counts
The website counts visits, for example how many people visited each day and whether they used a phone or a computer. These counts do not include your name or contact details. Your browser stores a small marker so a visitor is not counted again on the same day.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for as long as we need them to follow up and complete your registration, and then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Corrections and deletion
If you want to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, contact the academy using the details below and we will deal with your request.
